Command Training Division Information

SMiT – During the candidates run, it is their ship, they will run it. This means dealing with crew problems and conflicts, meeting or exceeding posting requirements, Solo and Joint Posts to move the arc along, and writing monthly intelligence reports.

XOiT – During the candidates run, the XOiT will assist the SM in keeping the mission arc flowing and take up slack if the SM is unavailable. You may be asked to write a monthly intelligence report.

Command Ship/Station SM - The SM will keep the list of the candidates, the SM will contact the candidate when they are up and the SM will make certain that the candidate qualifies to be there by contacting the candidates SM(s) to see if they are meeting requirements. Make yourself available to coach, encourage, and guide the candidate in conjunction with the candidates Mentor. Send out candidate evaluations at the end of the candidates experience to the crew. Make sure you receive the evaluations in a timely manner then compile and post the evaluation to the players ODN record and a copy to the CTD program manager.

General – The CTD Program Manager will keep a list of all candidates who have completed the program and their evaluations and will make that list available to any SM/FM/DM at their request.

Conflict Resolution – Will be done via the Chain of Command. SM, Command Training Manager, then the Moderation Team. Moderation Team will not be resolving program protocols but any personal conflicts that may arise between the player and training management.

Leaving The Program - If you leave the program or withdraw for any reason, your current application will remain valid and your timeslot will be rescheduled to the back of the current roster of candidates.

Mentors – Can be any current Staff Member in the division with at least 6 months experience.
